Research on Electric Charge Calculation and Risk Control Strategy Based on Electricity Market Environment

Electricity charge is the source of income of electric power enterprises, the final result of electric power marketing, and the basis for the healthy development of electric power market. However, there are many risk sources in electricity supply enterprises, which need to be paid enough attention to. At present, the systematic risk control system of electricity charge has not yet formed, the risk management practice needs to be further strengthened, and the complete risk prevention mechanism of electricity charge has not yet been established. In view of these problems, this paper studies the electric charge risk control system under the electric power market environment, firstly introduces the related concepts of electric charge risk, and studies the calculation methods of electric charge under the electric power market environment. Secondly, it studies the risk assessment method and control strategy of electricity charge under the electricity market environment. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the goal, concept and strategy of electric charge risk control, as well as evaluation and improvement measures, and constructs the electric charge risk assessment system in the process of electric power marketing. The research results of this paper can help electric power enterprises to further strengthen the risk management of electric charge in the whole marketing process, identify the influencing factors of electric charge risk, and achieve the ultimate goal of electric power marketing with full recovery of electric charge.
