Consumer Innovativeness in E-Learning Adoption: Insights From Cloud-Based Education Systems

E-Learning with the Cloud is emerging as a revolutionary innovation that is redefining the field of learning. This study explores the process of adoption and utilization of the Cloud-Based E-Learning (CBEL) model, emphasizing the impact of customer innovativeness as a behavioral parameter. The research integrates with the updated Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) with consumer creativeness for advancement and evaluates a comprehensive model for the acceptance of CBEL. The data is collected from 315 respondents in India and evaluated by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), indicating that performance anticipation social influence, psychological motivation, and habit significantly impact user purpose, but innovativeness directly influences the CDEL usage. Unexpectedly, parameters such as price value and effort anticipation exhibit minimal influence on acceptance objectives. The outcomes highlight the relationship between population characteristics (gender, age, education, and experience) and technology adoption, delivering valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and service providers in India to improve E-Learning engagement and satisfaction. This study delivers a unique understanding of the determinants of $\mathbf{E}$ Learning adoption, promoting innovation-focused initiatives to enhance E-Learning in India.
