Deep Learning Based Facial Skin Analysis and Product Recommendation

This paper presents an innovative Deep Learning based system designed for comprehensive facial skin analysis and personalized skincare product recommendation. The system comprises two primary components: Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for facial skin type classification and skin defect identification, and a ResNet50-based model for multi-label classification of various skin defects. Additionally, these models are adept at detecting prevalent skin defects including acne, scars, and open pores.
