Human-Computer Interaction Analysis of a Military-Themed Vr Drone Simulator

Simulators are already a very popular and adrenaline-inducing game genre. The reason for their steady popularity is due to their realistic graphics and life-like scenarios. According to previous research, a flight simulator is defined as a flying cockpit installed on the ground to help train pilots to fly real aerial vehicles in a low-risk and cost-effective way. Adding the twist of complex control of a drone into the simulator makes it even more challenging and entertaining to play. Drones have revolutionized modern warfare and are becoming a crucial part of the military helping in surveillance, intelligence gathering, and even targeted strikes. The research paper delves into the domain of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) within a military-themed drone simulator. Features such as as multiplayer capabilities and immersive 3D environments are highlighted to enhance the player experience. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the human-centric design elements, such as user-friendly interfaces and responsive controls, necessary for an authentic and engaging experience.
