Hybrid AI-Blockchain Framework for Secure and Scalable Internet of Nano Things Devices

Nanotechnology led the Internet of Nano Things to fast development through which nanoscale devices support healthcare operations and industrial automation and smart infrastructure applications. The ultra-small dimension together with decreased power capabilities and open network access of these devices poses essential security risks which exceed the capabilities of traditional security mechanisms. The authors present an integrated security solution which unites AI-powered intrusion detection with blockchain authentication and light-weight cryptographic protocols tailored for nanoscale operations. The proposed system improves secure communication through hybrid THz-molecular channel technologies which establish energy-efficient and fast data exchange for industrial and biological environments. A neuromorphic AI processing unit along with energy-harvesting circuits strengthen system reliability through maintaining low-power operation in the design. In simulation and testing using COMSOL, NS-3, and MATLAB the architectural system maintains threat detection performance at a 98.5% True Positive Rate with energy usage falling between 5 to 10 nanojoules per task. The encryption latency reached 50–100 microseconds which proved better than conventional IoNT security models regarding efficiency along with scalability performance. This research advances the process of creating decentralized security frameworks for IoNT because they implement quantum-resistant technologies which protect critical real-time applications from autonomous operations. Advanced nanoscale materials function with intelligent security mechanisms and hybrid communication protocols to create resistant next-generation IoNT infrastructures according to the study.
