Research on Parameter Identification of High and Low Voltage Ride Through Fault of Photovoltaic Power Station Based on Measured Data

With the transformation of the global energy structure and the rapid development of renewable energy, photovoltaic power generation has been widely used in China as a clean and renewable form of energy. However, with the large-scale integration of photovoltaic power stations into the power grid, low-voltage-ride-through, LVRT and high-voltage-ride-through, HVRT faults pose a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of power stations, and the high and low voltage ride-through capability has become a key factor to ensure the stable operation of the power grid. Therefore, it is of great significance to accurately identify the fault parameters of high and low voltage ride-through in photovoltaic power stations to ensure the safe operation of power stations and improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation. In this paper, the PSD-BPA platform developed by China Electric Power Research Institute is used to establish the electrical transient model of photovoltaic generators, and the simulation experiments of high and low voltage ride-through faults are carried out, and a method for identifying the fault parameters of photovoltaic grid-connected high and low voltage ride-through faults based on snow-ablation-optimizer and SAO is proposed, and the voltage, active power, reactive power, current and other physical quantities obtained from the simulation experiments are identified and verified with the measured data of a photovoltaic power station in Guangxi. Through the comparison of the simulated data and the measured data, the errors of the simulated data and the measured data meet the technical requirements of the relevant standards, to clarify the core control parameters of the high and low voltage ride-through fault process of the photovoltaic power station, and verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed identification method.
