Consider the Identification Method of Physical Characteristic Parameters of Direct Drive Fans Combining Elite Strategy and Genetic Algorithm

With the continuous integration of large-scale wind power generation systems into the power grid, accurately identifying the key parameters of the direct drive wind turbine system model is of great significance for the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This paper proposes a parameter identification method based on the optimized genetic algorithm to study the relevant physical characteristic parameters of the direct drive wind power generation system. First, based on the simplified model of the direct drive fan and the important physical characteristic parameters therein. Based on the measured data, the feasible range of parameters is determined through parameter identification. Firstly, parameter identification is carried out through the genetic algorithm to obtain a relatively accurate set of parameter numbers, and the obtained parameter solutions will fall into local optimum. Therefore, the parameter identification of the elite strategy genetic algorithm based on non-dominated sorting is introduced to determine the parameter values. By comparing the measured data with the simulation data based on the PSD-BPA simulation platform, the accuracy and feasibility of this method are verified.
