Evaluation Method of Benchmarking Objects for Power Supply Reliability Based on Rank Correlation Coefficient of Indicators

In the field of power supply reliability, how to evaluate and classify benchmarking objects has always been an industry challenge. This paper first uses the Spearman rank correlation coefficient method to screen for classification indicators strongly correlated with power supply reliability. Then, based on the entropy weight method, these indicators are objectively weighted and further screened according to their weights to ensure the scientificity and fairness of the evaluation and classification. Finally, the frontier distance scoring method is used to quantify the scores of each indicator. The comprehensive score of the benchmarking objects is obtained through weighted calculation, and the objects are classified based on this score. This provides scientific guidance for selecting benchmarking objects and enhances the scientificity and effectiveness of power supply reliability evaluation and analysis. This study applies the proposed method to typical cities and verifies its effectiveness and rationality, offering a new evaluation tool for the power industry. This helps improve the level of power supply services and meet social demands.
