Research on the application of printmaking art style in weapon strike effect performance

This paper discusses the application of printmaking art style in the attack effect of the game weapon and its influence on the player experience. By analyzing the difference between the traditional particle and animation effects and printmaking art style, and combining with the specific design methods of the related effects in the game, this paper puts forward an innovative scheme to apply the print overprint art to the weapon attack special effects. The test results of the experimental group and the control group showed that the weapon impact effect using printmaking art style was superior to the traditional special effects in visual impact and artistic sense, and significantly improved the recognition and immersion of the game. The research confirms that the traditional Chinese art style has broad application potential in modern game design, which can bring more rich experience to the players in the game.
