Developing an Exercise Monitoring Dashboard Prototype through Joint Application Design

This study aims to support diabetes prevention in Lamphun Province, Thailand, by developing exercise monitoring dashboard for healthcare professionals and village health volunteers. With rising cases of diabetes and related risk factors, there is a growing need for tools that visualize physical activity data from wearable technologies. Using the Joint Application Design (JAD) method within the Rapid Application Development (RAD) framework, the research engaged 21 stakeholders in identifying key data elements and appropriate visualization techniques. The findings serve as the basis for a dashboard prototype that supports real-time decision-making and community-based health monitoring.
