User Experience of Restaurant Recommendation Systems with Different Service Modes

With the rise of the internet, technology use has become essential in daily life, accessible to people of all ages. This research aims to create a simple restaurant recommendation system for everyone. According to the framework of design thinking, it is important to understand how different users care about, including users with different age, in order to develop user-centered services for them. In this research, the restaurant recommendation systems with two service modes were compared on users’ feedbacks. User experiences from three age ranges were also compared for developing recommendations for future developers of services on applications and chatbot systems.
