Research on Modeling and DSP-based Software Decoding of Resolver

To provide a theoretical basis for the accurate and rapid diagnosis of position sampling faults with anti-falsification of false alarms. This paper has established a Matlab simulation model for the rotary transformer and its decoding circuit. Then, based on DSP TMS320F28335, the rotary transformer was decoded through software. A hardware excitation circuit was built and the rotor position information was calculated using the phase-locked loop algorithm. Finally, the feasibility of the software decoding algorithm was verified through the comparison of simulation and experimental results.
