The Influence of ESG Management on Organizational Performance in the Hotel Industry

As ESG management activities of hotel companies have been emphasised in recent years, this study examines the impact of ESG management activities of hotel companies on corporate trust, corporate image and corporate performance as perceived by employees.As ESG management activities of hotel companies have been emphasised in recent years, this study aimed to examine the imp act of ESG management activities of hotel companies on corporate trust, corporate image and corporate performance.To this end, an online survey was conducted for about 20 days among employees of a five-star hotel in Seoul.On-line survey was conducted for about 20 days. A total of 212 copies were used in the final analysis, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS v.23 and AMOS v.23.v.23 and AMOS v.23 programmes. The results of the study are as follows ESG management activities of hotel companies have a positive impact on corporate trust and corporate image were found to have a positive effect on both. Corporate trust has a significant (+) effect on corporate image and corporate performa nce.Hotel corporate image and corporate performance were positiv ely related. Hotel organisation image has a positive effect on ho tel organisation.The image of the hotel company had a positive effect on the per formance of the hotel company. Relationship between ESG ma nagement activities and corporate performance of hotel companies.Both trust and corporate image were found to be mediating fac tors.
