Design and Application of Dam-Break Flood Analysis System Based on Cesium

To improve the dynamic analysis of dam-break flood risks and real-time flood progression, a B/S architecture-based dam-break flood risk analysis system has been developed.The system integrates a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model with a breach flow calculation model and utilizes WebSocket technology for real-time data transmission, ensuring seamless transfer of dam-break flood progression data while resolving file format incompatibility issues.The integration of the Cesium open-source framework enables web-based management and visualization of dam-break flood scenarios, supporting risk management and evacuation planning for downstream areas.
