A Peak Regulation Method for industrial Parks Considering Uncertainty Factors

As a high-energy-consuming user in the power system, industrial load requires a large amount of electricity for its operation and has great demand response potential. It can serve as an important resource for participating in peak regulation response in the new power system. Therefore, this paper studies a peak regulation method for industrial parks that takes into account uncertain factors. Firstly, according to the uncertainties of new energy power generation and the order quantity of industrial loads, a probability model is constructed to reflect these uncertain issues. Secondly, aiming at the optimal benefits of both the industrial park and the dispatching center, a Stackelberg game model between the power grid dispatching center and the industrial park is established. The upper-level leader is the dispatching center, and the lower-level follower is the industrial park. This model makes use of the differentiated characteristics among users to optimize the energy management strategy of the industrial park. Then, a green certificate trading market is incorporated into the game model, and the consumption rate of new energy is improved under the stimulation of green certificate trading. Finally, through the cooperation of the genetic algorithm and the Cplex solver for solution, it is verified that under the model proposed in this paper, it is feasible for industrial parks to participate in peak regulation response.
