Design of a 0.01-Class Low-Current Low-Power Factor Three-Phase Standard Power Source

The Chinese national standard GB/T17215 series has been revised according to IR46, requiring electric energy meters to still meet certain accuracy requirements at as low as 0.3 mA. The corresponding JJG597-202X Verification Equipment for AC Electrical Energy Meters has been submitted for review. Based on DMA waveform fitting, dual DA technology, cascaded transformers, and dual loop negative feedback power amplifier technology, this article designs a three-phase standard power source for low-current and lowpower factor. After testing and verification, it can meet the active energy testing requirements of low-current and lowpower factor in $0.3 ~\text{mA} \sim 1 ~\mathrm{A}$ in JJG597-202X regulations, and can be used for detecting low-current, low-power factor active power or active energy of standard or installed energy meters with a rating of 0.05 or below.
