Research on the Digital Warehouse Operation and Management Control Mode of Power Grid Enterprises

With the information technology with new concepts, new industries, new ways, fully penetrated into all areas of sustainable development in China, the power industry is also experiencing a deep digital transformation. Digital power grids and smart power plants have made great progress in the construction of green supply chains, but also put forward new requirements for the storage management of power materials. Inventory management of power materials is an important cornerstone for the construction and high-speed operation of the power grid. Warehousing connects supplier procurement and material distribution in the material logistics link of the power grid, and is the link of the material supply chain, which is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the power grid. As for the design of electric materials inventory, this paper takes into account the different storage operating environments of electric materials storage, improves the traditional economic bulk order model and periodic order model, and constructs a quantitative/periodic order model considering demand fluctuations. On this basis, the “regional warehouse + turnover warehouse” management strategy and inventory management optimization plan of power grid material supply chain are proposed to optimize the storage network and improve the management of the entire supply chain, so as to realize the cross-regional cooperative allocation of complex materials, improve the management of the entire supply chain, and realize the cross-regional cooperative allocation of complex materials.
