Three Party Evolutionary Game and Simulation Research Under the “Village Network Co-Construction” Power Supply Service Mode

Power supply companies in various regions are promoting the “village network co-construction” project, organically integrating the power supply service grid with the government service grid, and jointly governing the order and safe management of rural electricity use. This article is based on the research method of evolutionary game theory, analyzing the game relationship among grassroots governments, power supply companies, and network coordinators involved in “village network co-construction”, and constructing a tripartite game model that includes grassroots governments, power supply companies, and network coordinators to analyze the strategic stability of each party. Simulations and sensitivity analysis were conducted based on the model. Through dynamic evolution analysis and parameter sensitivity analysis, the following conclusion is drawn: the sustainability of cooperation is closely related to a reasonable profit distribution mechanism, and a higher sharing ratio can effectively increase the willingness of power supply enterprises and grassroots governments to cooperate, but the impact on network coordinators is limited. Therefore, it is recommended to adopt separate incentive measures for network coordinators. In order to promote stable cooperation among the three parties, it is possible to independently optimize the cooperation conditions of network coordinators by increasing their benefits and reducing costs.
