3D Indoor Visible Light Positioning System Based on Improved Marine Predator Algorithm

This paper proposes an indoor 3D visible light positioning system based on the improved marine predator algorithm (IMPA) to address the issue of receiver tilt in practical applications, which is often assumed in existing visible light positioning research. The system uses an inertial measurement unit (IMU) to obtain receiver tilt parameters, combined with the excellent global search capability of the IMPA, enabling the system to adapt to the positioning requirements of receiver tilt and significantly enhancing its practical value. Compared with other algorithms, the proposed IMPA significantly improves the positioning accuracy.
