Low Encryption Penalty LEO-to-Earth Secure Laser Communication Based on Quantum Noise Stream Cipher

This paper proposes a low-penalty physical layer encryption scheme for LEO-to-Earth laser communication based on quantum noise stream cipher. Results show that under different turbulence conditions of communication link, the encryption penalty is less than 0.04.
