Wavelength scanning high-sensitivity surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor operating in 1550nm band

The optimal parameters and resonance conditions of the gold film SPR sensor were explored through numerical simulation. We also separately studied the effects of gold film thickness, beam band, and incident angle on wavelength scanning SPR sensors, and compared them with traditional SPR sensors. After optimization, the sensitivity of the sensor can reach 58151.5nm/RIU, far higher than that of visible light wavelength scanning SPR sensors.
