New Intelligent Feeding Control System Based on Python Technology

Aiming at the problem of unstable feeding of the feeder in the tobacco silk production line, a new type of stable feeding intelligent control system was developed based on Python technology. The system realizes stepless speed control of the feeder lifting belt by introducing intelligent control algorithms and sensor technology. Combined with equipment auxiliary transformation, it effectively reduces the number of equipment starts and stops, and improves production efficiency and product quality. The research results show that the system significantly reduces the start and stop frequency of the feeder, extends the life of the equipment, and improves the stability of the electronic scale flow.
