Design and Simulation on Production Line of Belt Pulley Based on Robotstudio Software

Taking the belt pulley stamping production line as the research object, considering the effective utilization of workshop space, and based on the processing steps of the belt pulley between each station, a spatial layout of the industrial robot stamping production line is constructed. Using computer modeling and simulation technology, a simulation experiment platform consistent with the real production line was built in the industrial robot offline programming software RobotStudio. Conduct type selection analysis for loading and unloading robots, die-casting machines, machine tools, and other equipment, and optimize the action sequence and work rhythm. The tool hand grip animation effect is achieved through Smart components, and the I/O signals required for the production line system are configured and communicated with the device. Finally, the robot system was compiled, and the trajectory planning for the loading and unloading robot was completed. Through offline programming simulation applications, it provides a basis for the development of real production lines, improves production efficiency, and greatly reduces debugging costs.
