Research on Minimization Simulation Platform of Nuclear Power Plant Refueling Machine

This paper studies a minimization simulation platform for a nuclear power plant refueling machine. Through hardware such as variable frequency motors, servo motors, absolute encoders, and force sensors, it realistically simulates the operational process of a refueling machine system via control cabinets and motion platforms, providing a risk-free environment for training refueling operators. This enhances trainees understanding and mastery of nuclear power plant operation status, while improving the safety and emergency response capabilities of nuclear power plants, playing a crucial role in safety previews, technical training, and design verification.
