Study on Material Loading and Unloading System Simulation Platform of Nuclear Power Plant Based on PLC

This paper studies a material handling system simulation platform for nuclear power plants based on PLC, involving automation technology and computer control fields. Through PLC, servo motor drive systems, and mobile suction cups, the material handling process is automated, fully simulating the nuclear power plants PMC material handling system. Consequently, relevant operators can repeatedly practice using the material handling system, simulating all stages of the nuclear power plants lifecycle, aiding in design verification and scheme optimization, providing strong support for nuclear power safety. By applying virtual simulation technology, dangerous scenarios can be simulated, allowing for safety drills and enhancing emergency response capabilities while reducing physical experiment and personnel training costs.
