Development and Practice of Management Micro Learning Resources Based on Mobile Learning Platforms

In order to improve the application effect of the management micro-learning resource platform, the design and practice of the platform in resource management, learning interaction and effect evaluation are analyzed. By analyzing the experimental data of 1, 0 0 0 learners, the results show that the course completion rate of highly active learners is 91.3%, the average test score is 86.7, and the learning efficiency is 12.4 knowledge points/hour. Learners whose acceptance rate of personalized recommendations is higher than 85% have a course completion rate of 89.2%, a test average score of 84.6, and a knowledge point mastery rate of 91.7%. In the platform's performance test on PC and mobile, the recommendation accuracy rate was 87.6% on PC and 84.1% on mobile. The analysis results show that the accuracy of personalized recommendation and learning interaction has a significant impact on the learning effect of students, and the functions of the platform have been effectively verified.
