Attack-Resilient Control of False Data Injection Attacks Based on Virtual Layer Network

To study the control strategy for alleviating the impact of false data injection (FDI) attacks in the isolated DC microgrid environment, a hidden virtual network system is introduced. Based on that, the attack-resilient distributed secondary control strategies of FDI attacks are designed to synchronize and restore the voltage of each distributed generation (DG) in the DC microgrid. The feasibility of the proposed control strategy applied to the isolated DC microgrid is theoretically analyzed, proving that it can achieve voltage recovery and synchronization of the attacked microgrid system in a short time. The simulation verification shows that FDI attacks will affect the voltage of each DG in the DC microgrid, and it is proven that the control strategy can effectively mitigate the impact of the attacks on the designed DC microgrid.
