Eye-Gaze Controlled Wheelchair with Eye-Blinking Selector and LiDAR-based Obstacle Detection System

This thesis presents the design and development of an innovative assistive technology system for individuals with paralysis. The project integrates a wheelchair, motor, Arduino microcontroller, and Eye Tracker to enable users to control the wheelchair using only their eye movements. By leveraging the precise gaze-tracking capabilities of the Eye Tracker, the system interprets eye movements to navigate the wheelchair, providing a hands-free, intuitive solution for individuals with severe motor impairments.
