Analyzing the Factors Influencing QRIS Adoption and Its Impact on Purchase Decision

Digital revolution has changed people's behavior in conducting financial transactions, which previously only depended on cash and credit cards, to electronic currency, one of which is QRIS. QRIS has created a broad and efficient payment ecosystem. This study uses a systematic literature review to examine the factors influencing QRIS adoption in society and its impact on consumer purchasing decisions. It was found that factors such as perceived usefulness, ease of use, security, trust, performance expectations, effort expectations, and facilitating conditions significantly drive adoption. Perceived trust and security are crucial in building user trust. It was also found that QRIS adoption can improve business performance, especially in MSMEs, by improving transaction efficiency, customer experience, and sales growth. As QR payments become more widespread, businesses can expand their market reach and competitiveness. QRIS adoption simplifies consumer transactions while providing tangible benefits for business growth.
