Pricing Model of Power Pipeline Corridor based on Computer Algorithm

With the acceleration of urbanization, the construction and management of power pipe corridors are increasingly valued. This article first introduces the background and existing problems of pricing for power pipe galleries. By combining the DQN framework with direct burial cost method, spatial proportion method, overhead line cabling difference method, and multi-objective programming method, an intelligent pricing model for power pipe galleries is constructed to solve the problem of non-linear correlation and interest balance in the pricing mechanism. Afterwards, a pricing model for power pipe galleries based on computer algorithms was designed. Through experimental investigation, this article verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed model. The experimental results show that the pricing model proposed in this paper can significantly improve the accuracy of power pipe gallery pricing, and its resource utilization rate is also between 0.02-0.2. This indicates that the performance of the model is excellent, reducing the influence of human factors and providing a scientific basis for the pricing of power pipe galleries.
