Decoupled, Omnidirectional, and Broadband NFRP Dipole Antenna Pair for Indoor Wireless Terminals

This paper proposes a decoupled, omnidirectional and broadband dipole antenna pair based on the near-field resonant parasitic (NFRP) structure. By integrating the NFRP layer, the proposed antenna achieves enhanced bandwidth expansion and improved decoupling performance while maintaining stable omnidirectional radiation characteristics. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed antenna attains a decoupling bandwidth of 1.2–1.59 GHz with an element spacing of 0.24λL, while exhibiting radiation efficiency >80% and circularity deviation < 3 dB across the operational bandwidth.
