Nonlinear Capacitance Compensation Low Noise Amplifier and Mixer with UWB Anchor Antenna

A low-noise amplifier of nonlinear capacitance compensation using InGaP / GaAs HBT technology is demonstrated for ultrawide-band applications. An advanced methodology is proposed to achieve ultrawide-band gain and input impedance matching through extremely wide-band frequencies simultaneously. This article proposes low power low noise amplifier and charge-injection mixer with circular antenna that complies with UWB technical specifications, and presents simulated raw data of different models and measured results of a circular antenna with a diameter of 14mm.
