Secure CSP Framework in Internet Banking Transactions Using ECC-AES Algorithm with HPSOA Optimization Algorithm for Improving the Accuracy of Data Protection

With the rapid growth of internet banking, ensuring secure data transmission and preventing unauthorized access has become a critical concern. This paper presents a Secure Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Framework for internet banking transactions that leverages a hybrid cryptographic approach combining Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), further optimized by the Hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm (HPSOA). The proposed model aims to enhance the accuracy of data protection while maintaining low latency and high efficiency in real-time financial operations. Comprehensive performance evaluation across multiple metrics—including Data Breach Prevention, Threat Detection, Fraud Detection, Resilience Compliance, Response Time, Customer Confidence, and Security Efficiency Score (SES)-demonstrates that the ECC-AES with HPSOA approach significantly outperforms traditional algorithms such as Blowfish, ECDH-AES, and Kyber-AES. With a data breach prevention rate of 91.12 % and the fastest response time of 165.21 ms, the model ensures robust security without compromising user experience. This framework offers a scalable and reliable solution for secure cloud-based banking systems, effectively addressing modern cybersecurity challenges in financial transactions.
