The Development of a Training Kit for Electrical Circuit Connection in Vocational Education

This paper presents the development of an electrical circuit training kit to enhance practical learning in the electrical circuit course. Research instruments included the electrical circuit training kit, consisting of a power supply, signal generator, experimental panels, laboratory worksheets, instructional videos, a user manual, and a comprehensive evaluation form. Students participated in laboratory activities using the kit and completed evaluations upon finishing the experiments. The results showed that the training kit achieved an efficiency level $\mathbf{E 1} \boldsymbol{/} \mathbf{E 2}$ of $\mathbf{7 5. 1 5 / 7 6. 6 2}$. These findings indicate that the developed training kit is effective in enhancing students’ understanding and practical skills in electrical circuit assembly and analysis. It is recommended for implementation as a supplementary resource to improve the quality of vocational education and to foster hands-on skills essential for future electrical technicians.
