Design and simulation of hybrid integrated InP and SOI 3D waveguide crossing

Waveguide crossing is important for photonic integrated circuits. We designed and simulated the performance of a hybrid integrated double-layer Si and InP waveguide crossing structure with different crossing angles and waveguide layer spacing.
