Transport Layer Protocol for Optical Wireless Networks

This paper explores the Transport Layer network architecture over optical wireless networks, as part of a multilayer network architecture. New attributes considered include: thousands of low earth orbit satellites, aircrafts/UAVs, dynamic physical topology, turbulence over the atmosphere, aircraft boundary layers and bow shocks.
