500kV Ultra-High Voltage Cable Fine Manufacturing Technology Research

Guangzhou Chuting (Suixi) power transmission and transformation project is the first 500kV ultra-high voltage urban power grid (cable) project of China Southern Power Grid, of which $500 \text{kV} 2500 ~\text{mm}^{2}$ ultra-high voltage cable is the longest transmission distance, the highest voltage level and the largest capacity of the onshore ultra-high voltage cable system in China, and it is also the power cable with the highest voltage level of international cross-linked cable. With years of experience in ultra-high voltage cable manufacturing, Qingdao Hanhe Cable Co., Ltd. has refined the connection of key core processes such as conductor stranding, insulation extrusion, wrinkled aluminum sleeve, hot melt adhesive spraying, etc., and made full use of digitalization, intelligence, informatization and other management methods to successfully complete the project product manufacturing. The completion of this project reflects the ability of localized 500kV ultra-high voltage cable, which is of great significance to promoting the high-end development of China's cable project.
