The Intelligent Supply Chain (ISC) seeks to enhance the overall understanding of SC dynamics. The philosophy behind Industry 5.0 aims to advance the most recent generation of industry. This concept of an “Intelligent Supply Chain,” also referred to as SC 5.0, is composed of three interconnected elements. The aim of this study is to explore the intelligent supply chain in depth. To align with this research initiative, it is essential to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of modern digital technologies employed in SC management within the context of Industry 5.0. This connection highlights the relationship between ISC and Industry 5.0. The study addresses both the potential and the constraints of ISC for thorough research. Consequently, a theoretical foundation has been established. Ultimately, the theoretical framework illustrates the relationship between ISC and Industry 5.0.
