Otanaha Hospital Employee Performance Appraisal Decision Support System Using Web-Based Weight Product Method

The development of computers at this time is very rapid and is widely used for data processing in existing agencies or companies. Employees are people who are involved in the company organization to carry out their duties based on their position or position. The current employee performance appraisal process is still carried out manually so that the element of subjectivity is very high, in addition to the relatively large number of employees, the time for determining employees takes longer and is sometimes late. The aim of this research is to design a Decision Support System for assessing employee performance at Otanaha Hospital so that the assessment process and the decisions obtained are appropriate. The method used is the Weighted Product Method. The system is designed with PHP and HTML programming. The database used is MySql language. For modeling using UML. System testing uses black box testing.
