Aiming at the problems of small inspection space, complex environment, high labor intensity of manual inspection, low work efficiency, risk of personal safety, and easy to miss and misjudge the inspection results in the quality inspection scene of ultra-high-rise building construction, based on the design concept of Rail-mounted robots, we integrated the application of key technologies such as rail drive, visual recognition, mobile positioning, and wireless communication, etc., and developed and fabricated the hanging-rail concrete quality inspection robot system for the platform of airborne building construction machine.
