An Update on The Process of Software Retrofit in High-Availability Systems: Uptime Matters—and People Too! [Insights]

In 2016, Thomas Ronzon reported on his experience gained when renewing high-availability systems.1 He has realized that a retrofit isn’t just a technical solution; it also involves people skills. He teamed up with Linda Rising, Veronika Jungwirth, and Ralph Miarka to learn more about this part of the retrofit. Thomas invited them to share their insights on the matter.
