Current and Future Perspectives on Drone-Based Computer Vision for Precision Agriculture

In recent years, drones with computer vision systems integrated with IoT frameworks have transformed precision agriculture by enabling efficient data collection, real-time analysis, and connectivity for autonomous or supervised operations and applications. These systems contribute to developing the Internet of Things (IoT) by creating a seamless network of interconnected devices that share and analyze data, fostering innovation in remote monitoring, automation, and decision-making processes. By bridging physical systems with digital intelligence, they drive advancements in data-driven agriculture while expanding the capabilities of the IoT in diverse environmental and operational settings.
