Reliability Evaluation Method of Electronic Products Based on Failure Physics Simulation

Aiming at the problem of reliability analysis and evaluation caused by the lack of failure data of high reliability and long life products, this paper proposes a reliability evaluation method of electronic products based on failure physics simulation. First, the workflow of physical simulation based on failure is given, and then the situation of multiple failure mechanisms coexisting is considered. The competition and promotion/inhibition coupling relationship is described by visual modeling and data model. Furthermore, the method and process of reliability evaluation of complex system are given, and the reliability evaluation of products is realized recursively from bottom to top by using the method of multi-point failure distribution fusion. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by an example of an electronic single machine.
