Construction and Optimization of Digital Emergency Response Plan for Power System Based on Deep Learning

With the continuous expansion of the scale and complexity of the power system, the emergency response capability is particularly important. There are some problems in traditional contingency plan, such as slow response and poor information transmission. The introduction of digital plan management provides a new solution to improve the efficiency of emergency response. This paper introduces the modal decomposition technology of power data, including EMD and VMD decomposition methods, and the application of whale algorithm in optimization problems. Finally, the potential of machine learning technology in emergency management data collection and sharing is discussed, and how to promote the development of artificial intelligence in emergency management through the construction of information team and the introduction of talents. The results show that the emergency management level of power system can be significantly improved by digital and intelligent means, which can provide more powerful support for economic and social development.
