Optimization Design and Research of Rudder Trim Alert for Civil Aircraft Based on Simulation Analysis

Civil aircraft control the lateral movement of the aircraft through rudder trim. When the aircraft takes off, if the rudder trim is not in the neutral position, the overall direction of the aircraft will be sideways, resulting in the risk of deviation from the runway. Therefore, the rudder trim alert can remind the pilot before the aircraft takes off that the rudder trim is not in the neutral position, so as to ensure flight safety. Based on the existing rudder trim alert scheme and the identified design problems, this paper optimizes rudder trim alert by means of analysis of design data and flight test data, and carries out simulation analysis on the optimization scheme to further demonstrate the correctness of the optimization scheme.
