Research and Development of the Fault Diagnosis and Remote Operation and Maintenance Platform for Basic Manufacturing Equipment

This paper studies the fault diagnosis and remote operation and maintenance platform for basic manufacturing equipment to contribute to the development of intelligent manufacturing in China. The platform consists of the main and sub-platforms. The sub-platform includes data acquisition, cloud platform and business platform, and has the characteristics of flexible interaction and strong scalability. The key technologies of the platform include online monitoring, fault diagnosis, early warning, pattern recognition and intelligent maintenance, which can better realize real-time monitoring, early warning and remote maintenance of equipment, and can effectively reduce the failure rate, extend the service life of equipment and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
