Analysis and Design of Teaching Performance Points Management System for University Teachers

In order to improve the informatization level of teacher performance points management and make full use of existing information system resources, a teacher performance points management system had been designed based on the analysis of system business processes. In this article, the main functions, overall architecture, and technical roadmap of the system were described in detail. The main functions of the system, including system integration, data acquisition, points indicator management, and points calculation etc. were analyzed and designed detailly. The construction and application of the system had greatly improved the efficiency of teachers' teaching performance points management and effectively promoted the digital construction of smart campuses.
