Study on the control strategy of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell-Lithium DC microgrid based on adaptive droop control

This paper addresses the problem of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) voltage dips in ship DC microgrids. By studying the voltage response of SOFC under sudden load change, an Adaptive Droop Control (ADC) method for SOFC voltage regulation is proposed and compared with Traditional Droop Control (TDC), ADC can optimise the control system droop coefficient more effectively and reduce the power shock of SOFC due to system fluctuation. ADC can more effectively optimise the sag coefficient of the control system and reduce the power impact of SOFC due to system fluctuation. Simulation results show that this method can ensure the stable operation of ship microgrid under large load variations while effectively mitigating SOFC voltage dips. This provides a strong support for the optimal design and operation control of ship microgrids in the future.
