Complexity Reduction of Soft-Decision FEC Decoder Using Polar Coding with CRC-Aided Successive Cancellation List Decoding

We propose a polar code with CRC-aided successive cancellation list decoder to reduce complexity of SD-FEC decoder. The proposed method suppresses the error floor, allowing to use a variety of FECs with different overheads.
