An RSOP Monitoring Prototype Based on Improved HHT Algorithm

We propose an RSOP monitoring prototype based on improved Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT), which achieves a maximum monitoring speed of $20 \text{Mrad} / \mathrm{s}$ or higher, an accuracy below 1.27%, and millisecond-level processing capability.
